Guest guest
Well, after the Shaktipat I felt love and joy and a feeling of oneness. That was wonderful! Then a couple of days later I got the first lower backache I've had in 5 or more years. Then New Years weekend (Friday Dec. 29th) I got severe nausea followed by a 'run' of diarrhea that lasted 3 days. I figured it was just a 'bug'...but I thought I'd put it 'out there' for the experts to examine. :) SC , " strtrchrd " <Alphu-s wrote: > > Since the Shaktipat i have experienced back pain it began on the 4th > day. > Usually syptoms do not become unbearable for me,but this one did. > It got so bad i started to self diagnose and found at T5 vertebra > (shoulder blades)that a rib head had become elevated on the left side. > It stopped me doing the Tibetans and i had to go to a Colleage for > Chiropractic. > This is very unusual for it to be so intense. The pain levels are still > there but not as intense now. > However i have taken it that things need to change somewhere inside of > me. Guest guest
I have been having the same symptoms. Back ache, nausea, the runs. I have been feeling a little unattached to my earthly path in music also, feeling " I can't do it " , or " I'm not sure what to do anymore " . A little bit of confusion. Should I be persuing a career, is god wanting that from me? should I just go live in the forset, meditating under a tree? All I want to do is activate Shakti. Everything else seems unimportant to me. I haven't even phoned my family over Christmas, I spoke to them on Skype the 25th and emailed, but I feel so unattached. I know it's all good but it's good to know I'm not the only one going through this uphevel. Love Elektra x x x Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger. Guest guest
There can come a sense of disconnection. It is temporary in the sense that it is part of a process that is occurring. Do your practice. Are you maintaining the practice Elektra? As you change by virtue of Shakti you change. Does it mean that you go sit under a tree and meditate all day? I suggest you try it and give it a go. But do it on a day off in case you realize that this isn't the way you wish to express the changes the are happening. Part of being in balance is being at peace with the progress made so far and being in process for more. It isn't all one way or another. I suggest to you Elektra that you continue to do your work and your music as this is a career that you are doing quite well with. I suggest that you bring yourself some grounding, have a steak. If the weather is nice go barefoot. Remember it is Shakti AND Shiva not one or the other. Both need to be valued and represented. The earth body needs an inhabitant so be that inhabitant, be that person behind your eyes and if you need new goals make some new goals and accomplish them. We are not of the ancient sect of people who at a certain time would up and leave for the forest, you do not meditate that well. A hermit can do much good, a person in the public eye can do much good, it all depends upon how you wish to express yourself. If you make any decisions Elektra try to make them from a place of balance. - E
Guest guest
hi Chrism, Of course I'm doing the practise, even though , yesterday, for the first day in a long while, I only managed the 1st tibetan and some meditation. Due to travelling and work. I think I'm doing bad when I only manage one lot, two is my usual, but three was great also. In Thailand is ok for me to do 3 a day? And, I'm not going to make any rash decisions, I know I'm just digging up the worms..... I am going through some issues of seperation , trying to unify. Also, some self doubt anf fear to be let go of. AGAIN. hee hee. Had a dream last night about a black hairy spider, I was trying to look after it, make sure it didn't get hurt. I looked it up and it said, issues of seperation and female power. Spot on. Still working through my childhood. Thankyou for listening, love Elektra x x x Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.
Guest guest
I went through similar symptoms. It runs in cycles. Sometimes all you want to do is meditate, reading becomes a chore, digestion is disrupted, no desire for sex then all that moves becomes a target. Right now, winter rhythm has set in and I'm back on the reading phase, creating and planting for springs harvest and summer's play. :)Troy , Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > > I have been having the same symptoms. > Back ache, nausea, the runs. > I have been feeling a little unattached to my earthly > path in music also, feeling " I can't do it " , or " I'm > not sure what to do anymore " . > A little bit of confusion. > Should I be persuing a career, is god wanting that > from me? should I just go live in the forset, > meditating under a tree? > All I want to do is activate Shakti. > Everything else seems unimportant to me. > I haven't even phoned my family over Christmas, I > spoke to them on Skype the 25th and emailed, but I > feel so unattached. > I know it's all good but it's good to know I'm not the > only one going through this uphevel. > > Love Elektra x x x > >
