Long Walks, Tingles and the Throat

Hey everyone,

 

I also have been experiencing, on and off, the 'pill' type feeling in my throat.

It only lasts for a

half hour at most, then goes away on its own.

 

I went for a 3 hour long walk today, it was beautiful outside, ventured into Old

Montreal

where the energy is vibrant and soothing. I noticed that a few blocks before I

reached that

part of town I could feel a sense of lightness of being that was strangely

pleasant. I hadn't

experienced the full body 'tingles' for a long time until returning home from

the walk, and

now they're coarsing through me and it is a much welcomed reunion.
