Difference between Kundalini and Spiritual awakening.

I had a top to down (Spiritual Awakening?)and a bottom to top

Kundalini awakening.I read somewhere that the top to bottom awakening

is not a Kundalini awakening.Can you shed some light on this please !

Hello Nicole,

Top to bottom can stimulate a bottom to top and vice verse.

The Kundalini is typically a bottom to top scenario but not exclusively so. We

are unique and some areas are open some are not. Many times during a psychedelic

experience ie Mushrooms or perhaps Ayahuasca the top is opened and the ensuing

experience triggers the root chakra into opening, so it is all interconnected.

There are no " one way " scenarios that I feel appropriately apply to Kundalini

stimulation and activation. I know of a friend who first activated through the

Heart chakra. Very powerful awakening. - my take on it -

Thank you crism,it sounds just about right but it felt like I was

projecting everything out and something was also coming in and you

are right ,my heart chackra opened first then the crown.I felt like

a walking lightbulb and it lasted for 3+ months then it stopped for

3 weeks and then it started from the bottom to the crown but the

crown is not open now.
