I've felt a change in doing this and was wondering if it makes any

difference, and if anyone else has experienced this. I was feeling the

breath being drawn in through the nose, and now I am feeling the breath

being drawn in from deep in the throat through the nose...the pull is

coming from the throat instead of the nostril. Just curious. =) Love,

dhyana

No, Dhyana, but it is very interesting. Keep us informed of new changes. I will

pay more attention to what happens while I practice. Blessings and

Love...Katherine

Yes,this happened to me too for awhile. Also this past summer I noticed

that I stopped breathing and I did not need to get any air into my

lungs but in November I had to make a trip to the emergency room

because I had to force myself to take air into my lungs because my

lungs no longer did that for me and everytime I would take a long

breath it would hurt a lot.Strangely they did not find anything wrong.

There are Yogis that do this as a way of demonstration of what the Kundalini

potential is. You didn't need to go to the emergency room but inside our society

that would have been the appropriate thing to do.

The still point of " No breath " or between the breath, is an action of being

inside the phenomena of energetic potential (trying to stay away from Sanskrit

here). From what, do we as humans, derive from the action of breathing? Oxygen,

nitrogen carbon dioxide? Is that it? Perhaps there is more to it.

If we move into the energetic area we can see that everything is energy. Every

energy has its frequency and the body has layers of energetic frequency to

choose from. A multi-tasking of energies. Prana is one such energy. Prana can

sustain a body with out air for significant periods of time. The heart center is

also a pranic center. In this center is where the divine molecules reside.

If you think I'm getting a bit " woo woo " here just wait and you will " feel "

what I mean. The heart center is a pranic store house because " Love " is more

that an emotion or action. It is also an interaction of energetic principles and

particles. and that interaction will keep the body alive and alert though the

normal processes stop. NDEs are an example of this.

As you go into the still point a surrender is required and a fearlessness and

confidence of the process or fear will come in. Sometimes you will feel no urge

or pang or need. Go with it and be alright with what is happening and if you

have others who could be concerned help them as best you can understand what is

occurring. -

I've noticed the right side is less blocked than when I started. I

think it's still slightly blocked more often. But in general when I

think of checking throughout the day, I think everything is in more

balance than before.

Be well,

Bradly
