Hello

I have never heard of this before and would like to learn how to do

it. I have done a search, and also used Google and can't find

any information on it.

I would like it if anyone could give me any links, or information on

books I could get to learn this.

Blessings, peace, and much love to all

Stephen O.

Hi Stephen! You're probably not referring to what I

asked about regarding CPB. I was simply doing the

breathing that is in the Safeties. It appears it can

lead to much more! Love, dhyana

I have been doing the safeties, or so I thought. I read through them

again and noticed the Compression Prayer/alternate nostril breathing.

Believe it or not I have been doing that for about 10 minutes a day. I

didn't remember where I read about it. I didn't concider it a prayer I

concidered it a breathing exercise with a silent english mantra.

Now that I think about it any time you meditate on Gods names it is a

prayer.

Thank you for clearing this up

Love Stephen O.
