Kundalini awakening up to third eye and then it stopped !

There is something that I have to know.In November I felt it go up

my spine roaring while I was in bed trying to sleep.I heard roaring

and it felt like a freight train and I felt hot and cold

sensations,cold in my left side and hot in my right which went up to

the top of my eyebrows,met at my third eye and then went down my nose

and my nose never felt so clear.I also saw lights,felt extreme heat

all over my body, it lasted 21/2 hours and all that time I was smiling

like an idiot.I am not sure if it went all the way to my crown but it

could have because I saw lights.Oh,and after it was over I got up to

go to the bathroom and the room was spinning.Will this happen again

and did I just imagined it ?Any opinions?Also how to stop these people

from staring at me ? I don't even feel like a walking lightbulb

anymore,why do they have to look at me ? Even my son noticed it and

told me that people are looking at me.It's getting annoying.

Yes that was the initial infusion and it can re-occur. These symptoms are all

part of the process and includes people who will downright stare at you. Many do

not know why they do so and some do. You are a walking light bulb on many levels

that go beyond sight. You are radiating outward on a tactile level as well as a

psychic level. No worries and you will get used to it. Bless them or smile and
