Guest guest
one needn't worry about this (salvia d.) becoming a recreational drug. it's way too intense. -steve f
Guest guest
hi all.. when i smoked it (salvia), it seemed as if each thought or physical impression became echoed into a feedback loop of incredible vividness -but with no change in basic consciousness of the self. i was simply myself (sober) inside another dimension. maybe that's why it can seem terrifying. in my experience, i was watching something like a tree growing branches upon branches upon branches to infinity. at a certain point i couldn't contain it all and so i 'willed' myself to relocate into another scene and found myself sitting on a bench in my kindergarten schoolyard listening to some children chanting something. i was afraid to chant along because i thought it would disturb things back to (consensus) reality. we were all being videotaped that evening so i wish i had tried to chant along. anyway the trip lasted five minutes with an intense re-entry time of five or ten min. i didn't like the physical sensation of being on it. the sensation was one of total physical denseness. i've heard that subsequent trips create an identical experience in the user as if the plant (or something) is trying to teach each one a particular thing. at this time i don't wish to force my 'enlightenment' and i hope that my daily k practice will gradually fulfill this faith in a higher consciousness. blessings to all, -steve f
