Shadows/fear response.

Good point, Nicole. Entities often try to attract attention to

themselves. I don't know whether this is intrinsecally bad, but my

impression is that they try to trigger a fear response to feed on our

energies.

 

As to dark shadows specifically: once I saw a long, thin, dark " thing "

jump out of a mirror and dive into a mirror on another wall. Most

other entities I have seen either looked like clouds of grey or white

smoke, or they looked like some sort of beings with faces, limbs, etc.

The dark shadow was unique in its own way.
