Awakening

What causes a awakening? I had my first child and went through post

partum depression and anxiety. I was and still am using SSRI, teas and

homeopathy medicine. I did have energy treatments to no avail.

Anyway, I had been seeing a therapist who displayed an attraction to

me. At the session before my awakening he moved his chair until it was

pressing against the sofa and did what I now think was tantric eye

gazing with me for about 30 minutes. We continued to talk but their

was a lot of energy. He later denied it ever happened. However, I

later felt an explosion of energy or I guess yang energy moving up from

the earth and my hands and feet are surrounded or tingly with energy.

I have experienced the following: seeing auras now, constant aching of

joints, tingling-mostly pins and needles around feet, automatic orgasm,

etc. It comes and goes. I can be sitting and doing nothing and all of

a sudden I feel the energy. Can anyone explain this to me? Also,

although this feels strange I feel like I feel the therapists energy at

different times of the day and yet I have not seen him in a month. I

felt that it was not in my best interest to continue with therapy.

Also, I have a difficult time feeling yin energy but feel like the yang

is overwhelming my body. I have been doing meditation to balance my

chakras. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance....
