Rebirthing - To Omar

Hi Omar,

 

Many years ago, I attended a rebirthing day-course to see if it

would release blockages of unknown origin. Several participants and

I were told to lie down and go through various breathing exercises

with particularly heavy use of the diaphragm.

 

I think I was the only male on the course.

 

Some people emerged distressed, some relieved but I wasn't able to

trigger any reaction - not from myself that is.......but, on sitting

up, a lady shook her fist at me and accused me of being her father

who had abused her as a child. So the feelings can run very deep.
