Hey everyone, what did I miss??

 

My internet has been down for a couple of weeks. The connection is still weak.

 

Just have a couple of quick questions. One being if anyone's upper back has

ever, at random,

begun to vibrate. I could feel my heart beat back there, but at the same time

there was

another 'pulse'.

And if anyone can tell me more about these flickering lights I've had in my

vision. It's like my

vision is on a dimmer switch. It doesn't go completely in and out, just changes

in brightness

then returns to normal again. I find it mostly happens under bright light.

 

My energy seems to be low lately. Are there any tell-tale 'come-down' symptoms I

should

take into consideration? I, on average, have about one rush a day, but for the

most part I

don't feel 'high' all of the time as I once did. Is this normal?

The vision symptom is the " Glimmering " everything in the visual field can go up

in brightness but also develop a glistening and glimmering quality. Also extreme

individuation can occur. By this I mean deep cognizance of every thing, the

individual gravel or leaves of a tree or birds in a flock. Nothing is wrong

everything is fine this is another part of the phenomena. The back vibrations

are an example of further infusion into the upper spine and you may have a

fourth chakra heart awakening as this continues - no worries and enjoy! -

well and I often wonder if it is related to K.
