The eternal fountain

Hello group just checking in. I seem to have this fountain, like a

mild orgasm or electric current - rising up my spine to the top of my

head. It is fairly constant, sometimes it is stronger or weaker, but

it is there everyday.

Some times it builds up behind my eye. Sometimes it slides up my

stomache rather than spine. I can feel the line of energy running up

the middle of my tongue then up my upper lip, nose and into eyebrow

centre.

I have just spent the weekend on a Shamballa training course two days

sitting and walking meditation. This is a Tibetan Buddhist

organisation where I go to meditate on Wed.

In addition I have started a Tattwa Shudi class - every Monday for

six weeks culminating in a weekend retreate. Both practices have a

long lineage and have Tantric elements. The Tattwas in particular

focus on the Kundalini, Sushumna, Ida and Pingala.

This energy?? Is this Kundalini or just prana? Is there a

difference?? It hasn't exploded, I don't even feel the root that

much.

Is this the same experience for most of you? Do you feel it all the

time?

Has anyone else come across the Tattwas or Prana Vidya or any other

Tantric practices? The yoga I am practicing is called Satyananda -

Also some times while meditating I do this switching thing, like I

can feel myself joined on to all the space around me and I can feel

the energy flowing into me. If I do it for a while I feel a bit

spacey in a good kind of way.

OK - that is all. I hope all of you are well.

Peter
