The past few days I have been feeling kind of strange.I really don't

know what it is but I no longer feel like I used to and I feel kind of

frozen and can't feel much of anything. At night I feel better but in

the daytime is strange.Anyone feels like this ?

Its ok this is another stage in the process sometimes it will manifest as a kind

of " blank " feeling or a " not fitting in to society at all " feeling. Sometimes a

complete withdrawal from the former routines will happen - minus what the needs

of the Kids are - Sexual interest can wane. Remember this is part of the process

and try not to pump yourself full of caffeine and sugar in order to come back to

a more familiar state of consciousness. - blessings Nicole - chrism

within the past decade and in the past five years in particular,

coffee has enjoyed a runaway popularity, and youth increasingly are

consumers of a now multi-billion-dollar " energy drink " market. I'd be

curious as to anyone's opinions on the matter - are we deliberately

(but unconsciously) trying to anchor beta-consciousness as the

prevailing psychic condition? also, conspiracy theorists, the door is

open!

disclaimer -- for good or ill I was never much of a caffeine drinker

until after experience w/kundalini. in college I grew into soda

(Mountain Dew primarily) and have since moved on to flavored coffee,

but consume fairly sparingly. no alcohol, maybe twice a year at

holiday or so. the caffeine habits I've personally observed border on

the ridiculous, in young and old (who might be surmised to " know

better " !).

Thank you crism for replying.I did not have any caffeine today and I

do not eat sugar.I usually use splenda because all the other

sweeteners have an aftertaste.I feel a little better but tonite I

noticed that I had a lot of energy and my heart was beating really

fast and I also had headaches at my third eye.

Yes, Keep your tongue up and stay hydrated. Many different feelings and

sensations are common. Be as allowing as you can. There will be a leveling off

eventually. - blessings Nicole - chrism
