I think it's just because as youth we are pushed to

study in unnatural ways, stressing us and so we lose

energy and feel the need to obtain " crutches " . Always

wanting more, we want more energy so we can do more

things. And , alot of people are already so drained

and tired after college , then when work begins coffee

becomes a normal part of the day, diminishing energy

further. And so the cycle continues.

Also, coke is drunk by so many teenagers and adults.

We are so unaware of the things we drink and eat and

the long term affects.

how many people I know that never drink water, it's

amazing.

As a child I hated water. Diet coke was my drink. Full

of crap.

Since changing to mainly water and healthy food my

energy reserves are replenished, but it took me a

while to undoe the disaster of my childhood cravings.

Much love Elektra x x x
