Guest guest
Hey guys, I am enjoying all your post and get excited hearing about your progress. I am having quiet opposite symptoms and not sure what to do. I feel frozen from my knees to my lower back, like its locked up. Yoga is not appealing because it feels like theres no fluid in between.(hope that makes since). My whole body is freezing most of the time. Did my fire go out? I hope not. If you think this might be a blockage please let me know what you think might help. I know safeties, safeties, safeties. P.S. I am completely off my anti-depressants now, after tapering off slowly. Thanks for your help, Yoga.Lisa

Guest guest
Hello Lisa, No to the contrary of the symptoms your fire is burning strongly! The cold chills are an aspect of the feminine that is activating. Sometime you may feel the heat the male aspect so no worries you are still in process. Try breathing through the right nostril only, plug the left and breathe through the right this should warm you up. Congratulations on the SSRI removal from your system. I hope the smoking cessation is also going well. If you do not " feel " like doing the yoga do not force it. Remember to check yourself intuitively through out your day. -
