Guest guest
I just realized that there were chakras at other points other that the typical primary ones. Can anyone explain to me whay the left knee chakra would be irritated from kundalini? It isn't as bad as in the beginning as I think my body is getting used to the high energy. However, it still hurts and seems swolen at the joint there. I also have pain in my elbows so I am assuming there must be some sort of energy point there. Am I correct? I know the hands and feet have them as there is such powerful energy coming from them. All day long they are all tingly and when I push my hands together I can't get them totally together without a lot of force. I don't understand completely gut am assuming they must have opposing energies. Is that right? If anyone can help explain I would appreciate this. I just bought a book on kundalini and am learning a lot as it explains so much to me.....thanks so much for all of you help....i am starting to just go with the flow as i can't control anything. lol
Guest guest
Feet, arches, ankles, knees, toes, fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, jaw, cranial plates, teeth, hips, tailbone, various areas along the spine. All joints are locations of minor chakras, distribution points for energy. This is why Yoga is so valuable. If the energy encounters a blockage in a joint the sensation can mimic that of arthritis. Painful to move or use. If I am in person with someone having this a " flow treatment " can be given. I haven't tried this from a distance though. I suggest you get a hot and deep tissue massage followed by a sauna steam or otherwise. Right after that I would begin to do some very gentle Hatha yoga positions. (Asanas) I mean about an hour after those treatments. This can have the effect of unblocking some of these areas. -

Guest guest
This answer just refuses to post! Once again my apologies for the multiple response. One last time - Feet, arches, ankles, knees, toes, fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, jaw, cranial plates, teeth, hips, tailbone, various areas along the spine. To name a few. All joints are locations of minor chakras, distribution points for energy. The body is a huge cluster of energy points. Each cell is an energy point. This is why Yoga is so valuable.
