your right Paul, it's a coffee substitute, thats why I

recommended it for coffee drinkers who want something

a little less acidic.

Also, the yerbe doesn't give you the crash that

caffine gives you.

The lift it gives you isn't " jittery " .

It just seems more loving on the body then Coffee.
