Master Cleanser

Since I have been having issues with my stomach, I decided to fast on

the Master Cleanser.

Stanley Burroughs book was informative and explained many reasons for

the fast. He suggests, however,

to stay on the fast for at least 10 days. I don't see this as realistic.

My aim is to stay on it for 4 days. It

will be difficult to bring all I need to work.

I feel a bit lightheaded and tired. But if this will cleanse me and rid

my inners of waste that has been

ailing me for so long, I think it's worth it.

We'll see if I have any interesting 'experiences' because of this :)

Lisa be CAREFUL with the fasting. Some people need certain things in their daily

diets to help prevent them from being sick. If you continue to feel lightheaded

and tired, you might want to add a piece of fruit to your fast, something solid.

I know I can't go without eating something all day, the last time I tried it I

got really lightheaded and felt disoriented. Anyway, just make sure you don't

over do it. As for any experience, sure we would love to hear anything you might

encounter along you path of cleansing. I love reading what everyone has to say

even if I don't respond, I love learning. Take care and I hope to hear about it

all. Many blessings to you!

Katherine

Good advice Katherine. Raw honey is also good as is the fruit. I

believe the " Master cleanser " has lemonade and cayenne that provide

calcium and Vit. C. Is this the one you are doing Leysha? - blessings -

Thanks for your concern :) I am feeling fine today. The fast tea consists of

Lemons or lime, grade b maple syrup (unprocessed) and cayenne pepper.

Drink this

every 1-2 hours throughout the day. Today is my last day. I crave food

badly, but I

want to make sure my intestines are cleared up a bit, then I will go

vegetarian (except for fish).

I never really had a desire for meat, I always thought it was needed in

my diet for the protein.

I will take in legumes instead, which I prefer.

I type this as I am heating up chicken nuggets for kids :-P oops...

I am glad to hear that you are having a better day and that you are at the end

of the process. I don't really care for meat either, I would prefer veggies any

day over meats. Fish, I eat it every once in a blue moon. Anyway, cooking when

you are trying not to eat really makes the hunger harder to deal with doesn't

it, even if you don't care for what it is! Anyway, have a wonderful night and

thank you for updating us on how you were doing!

Yes, only a few more hours before I get to chew on something :)

I just did some Hatha Yoga as I was cramping and stiff. I only did

about 10 minutes worth, and the sensation was wonderful. I've released

this energy that's been blocked up and my body is in bliss. Hurray for

yoga :)

Thank you love. It wasn't too hard, I just like to whine a little :)

I plan on doing it again, possibly every other month for a couple of days.

I have also been vegetarian for a week now . I like it!

Lisa,

I believe we all like to whine every now and then! I am ecstatic that all went

well! I am not a complete vegetarian, but do love my veggies, I eat more of

those than anything. Anyway, like I said, I am ecstatic that everything worked

out!

Love,

Katherine
