Guest guest Posted January 31, 2007 Report Share Posted January 31, 2007 For the past 2-3 days I've had some very hard emotional releases.They were of course accompanied by crying without an apparent reason episodes,feeling extremely guilty about something I did and something else I can't do anything about.My sleep has not been great lately and my dark undereye shadows are creeping me out.I can feel hot and cold but more cold being released through my chest,back,top of the head,face and even my tongue feels numb.I feel very depressed emotionally but aparently I don't have a valid reason to feel this way and it almost feels like these are not my feelings.It hit me like a ton of bricks because I tought I was done crying at the drop of a hat a long time ago.My heart chakra was hurting so much today my soul felt broken in two.Oh and at night my body itches so much , lotion does not help.I don't think I can take this much longer. Guest guest Posted January 31, 2007 Report Share Posted January 31, 2007 It is the infusion Nicole, The itching is what it feels like to have every nerve and synapse energized into the higher voltage (for lack of another term) The emotions are quite natural to this condition. You are changing, and the emotional body will need to adjust and change as well. The crying, the exuberance, are manifestations of a changing and adaptive emotional system. Accept and go with this Nicole. There are no reasons other than what I just wrote for these symptoms. Try not to look for an outside linear reason. The emotional body is a huge deal and just as the physical needs to be conditioned so does the emotional. These mood swings are part of that conditioning so I suggest you allow it to take place it will calm and then come back. Ebb and flow. The mood swings are Bliss precursors. Keep the tongue up as you can. When you feel an emotional surge coming get the fingers in position. the tongue up and the eyes up as best you can in the situation you are in. Work with this flow and surrender to it and it will become easier for you. Put your control issues aside. Let the Kundalini take control and as you do this a kind of agreement will take place as your family priorities and job priorities will become more and more respected and the Kundalini priorities will step back as the other issues of your life take the front burner. At night is when much activity will occur. Once again do your best to surrender and allow the flow. It is new to you so will cause you distraction, this will not always be the case. Get into the safety positions while in bed and once again flow with this infusion. Stay well hydrated and keep clear of the sugars and caffeine as this can cause the itching to worsen.No creams or topical analgesics will have an effect for the itching, Take your focus off this aspect and it will diminish as an issue for you. Get your physical exercise do this and the system will infuse faster with less discomfort. Do the yoga stretches. Make room for these activities in your life. Guest guest Posted February 1, 2007 Report Share Posted February 1, 2007 Thank you crism,you've been very helpfull.I feel much better today.You said that most of the K activity is at night and it has been that way but recently I noticed that it happens in the daytime too as well as at night.Any outside stressor like my kids whinning and not listening will make me feel worse and the crying that I can't contain will further confuse them.
