Guest guest
Yes it can just appear in your life. Out of the blue. No meditation or yoga or activation from a Guru. It can just happen! Typically a person has had previous existence encouraging this condition. This puts a strain on those who have issues with the whole past life scenario. So I will not " push " this idea. Instead I will focus on what you can do. If you are suddenly taken with the symptoms of the Kundalini and I mean more than one or two but with an abundance of the symptoms. Begin to do the safeties. Some of the earlier symptoms are a dissatisfaction with current living or relationship or behavioral approaches to happiness that do not include a sense of deep inner spiritual happiness a kind of searching for that inner quality of grace and completion that can be elusive in our Western society. You can have wealth and looks and career and accomplishment without feeling a sense of wholeness and completion. Something is still missing. This kind of an outlook and feeling can be a precursor to a Kundalini event. Searching for a meaning in life and a dis- satisfaction with the status quo of spiritual and religious offerings. Somewhere inside the person experiencing this is the knowledge of what needs to occur. Of what next step needs to be taken. Often it is the Kundalini. So it comes and so overwhelms the person that they self admit to a psyche ward and pollute this incredible condition with tranquilizers and heavy sedatives that actually can scar and hurt an individual permanently. Instead I suggest that the person begins to practice the safeties. Begins to condition ALL of the bodies not just the physical. But the mental and the emotional and the spiritual to start with. Those seeking this path can have a distinct advantage as the conditioning can be done consciously and with intention and the infusion is much, much smoother and without the trauma that those without the conditioning can experience. -
Guest guest
Wow, Chris. I had never heard about the dissatisfaction part of your post before but that describes me exactly before the K took me. Your information is always interesting but this was very, very helpful in looking at how and why the K came to me. Guest guest
That's exactly how it went for me! I had the job I wanted, the life I always dreamed of, a wonderful spouse--and yet was miserable, dissatisfied, and angry... before the Kundalini kicked in, that is. After that, everything changed and I never had to deal with depression again. Sel , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Yes it can just appear in your life. Out of the blue. I think that's how it's SUPPOSED to work :-) until you've vaulted Maslow's hierarchy of needs (or " cheated " by being either an aristocrat or young student on full scholarship), it's just not in the cards. You wouldn't hand out scholarships or coupons for free piano or dance lessons to someone who was starving, and consider it " helping " them. Neither would life hand kundalini if it would result in the death or failure of the organic being, unless it was awakened unnaturally. Actually, " helping " is a very complex problem, it's surprising how often our 'help' or seeming altruism is in fact a disguised and indirect form of obtaining egoistic pleasure. cheers, -Brian
Guest guest
Good points Brian. Very astute observations. The truth of which are strong reminders of the necessity of personal responsibility and inner guidance to be listened to first and foremost with regards to the Kundalini. - thanks Brian - > > Neither would life hand kundalini if it would result in the death or failure of the organic being, unless it was awakened unnaturally.
