I am in miserable condition. I request ur healing prayers.

I hav immense pain in hip region and just above hips in right side of spine.

I dono whether it is cramp/spasm or muscle twitch but I hav a great pain in

that region, I am not able to move if I do so I experience pain. This pain is

frm since tue morning (jan 30), when I got up frm sleep.i am not able to sit

stand or walk. Pls hlp me with ur prayers.

Hello shiva K. Yes I will send to you. Please stop your practices after this is

done. I know you have wanted and desired the Kundalini for enlightenment and as

you hoped you would receive an automatic healing because of it. But you have

gone too fast, too much, with little preparation. This is the only thing that

could slow you down. Shiva, now you know this energy isn't to be rushed. Your

right Kidney is expanding and you may have this occur to your left one as well.

And you are not hydrated. Drink some water and eat some watermelon. If you can.

Stay relaxed as much as possible and feel our incursions. -
