Guest guest
Chrism, I have been have extreme pain in my right shoulder. It isn't a constant pain, but a pain that comes and goes. I don't have it every day either. Anyway, I just wanted to ask you a question based on this information and information I read in one of your responses in the last week or so. You said that arthritis is a blockage in one of your non-primary chakras so if I have arthritic symptoms (because I don't know if it is arthritis or not)does that mean I may have blockages there? I know you said that yoga is great for it, but when I do the 5 tibetans it seems to aggrevate it. Why? I don't really want to go to the doctors just yet because I don't want meds or specialists. I have a very strong chance of having it because my grandma had rumatoid and I have psoriasis and together that heightens my chances of either rumatoid or psoriatic arthritis. So with that being said. Do you have any suggestions. I hope you have a wonderful and prosperous night and that many blessings are given to you. Guest guest
Hello Katherine, Hmm I'm not sure I said that if you have arthritis then you have a blockage. Though that seems to make sense but not in the way you are meaning. Yes the blockage can have symptoms similar to arthritis. It will feel as though you have it not that you " actually " have it. Let me check my posts. Yes here we are. This is what I said - " This is why Yoga is so valuable. If the energy encounters a blockage in a joint the sensation can " mimic that of arthritis " . Painful to move or use. " When I say " Yoga " What I mean is the type of yoga that is like Hatha Yoga, or Kundalini Yoga or other forms of the streeeeetch and hoooolllddd and breeeaaaattthhheee yoga's. It is the actions of the stretches and the breathing while at the apex and in the ascending and descending aspects of the stretch that will help the diffusion of the Kundalini. The 5 Tibetans are more for the generation and the balance of the flow moving up than a diffusion tool for getting the flow into your shoulders and other areas outside of the three major arteries. So if your encountering a blockage while doing the Tibetans stop them for a while and do the yoga stretches. If that alleviates the problem then you know whats up. - blessings Katherine - chrism Katherine <katsam19 wrote: Chrism, I have been have extreme pain in my right shoulder. Guest guest
I am sorry, I was thinking you said if, please over look that! Okay, since right before my dad died I started having something, I am not really sure because I have never had arthritis, but at least I am hoping it is a blockage because that is short term not chronic. Anyway, please over look my mistake, must of been one of those speed read things or just plain tired. Anyway, thanks my friend for your ever loving support and the ability to OVER look boo-boos. Have a wonderful night. I will look into Hatha yoga to see if we have it available here. Anyway once again thanks.
