Changes in kundalini

It appears that the uncontrolled physical problems brought on by the

kundalini have gone away. In the past I had no control over the

tremors, tingling, cold, etc. I am currently having a low ebb

feeling. If I focus internally I am able to feel the energy enter and

flow through all of chakras. It is more stable now and I am wondering

if this is the end. Although the physical problems were overwhelming

at first, I really liked the powerful energetic bliss and automatic

orgasms....lol. Anyway, as I sit here I can feel like all of my

chakras are open. At least I can feel the tingling from crown feet

and hands. Also, I am feeling a difference in the energy from the

earth and from the heavens. Is it possible for the process to be

complete within 2-3 months? I still have severe anxiety but don't

think that's associated with the awakening. I also can focus that

anxiety and send it out of my body when it occurs. I just wish I had

constant stable energy in my body. Also, I am assuming I have new

awareness due to the third eye awakening. However, I am not sure how

I can translate the info I see or how to benefit from its knowledge.

Also, my spirituality has changed in that it is less indoctrinated and

I am not sure what to think. I know that I believe in reincarnation

as I have strong awareness of past life through the awakening. I think

my anxiety issues are tied to this but I don't know how to access the

memory. Anyway, thanks so much for all of your help...

@@ No this isnt the end it is a plateau. The body needs time to come into

adjustment with the energy so for a time you dont have the peaks of phenomena.

This is the time to enjoy what has occurred and learn how to be in a " new " body.

Walk with it, talk with it. Feel with it. Experiement with it. learn how to be

as you are " now " . Work on your emotional stability. Realize your new found

strengths and honor them. It is calm now but more is on the way! @@

@@ Aspects of the initial process sure, but the process is far more involved

than you can understand just yet. There is more development to come. @@

@@ Remember that ability to control your anxiety. This is a very important

tool. The energy isnt finished infusing yet. Give it time. The third EYE isnt

finished yet either patience, patience, @@
