From all of your questions and answers I have learned very much, and I am grateful. When people request prayers and healing energy I am most happy to pray. I know that if I refer to the article the higher powers will know where to send the prayer, although I don't usually post a message stating that I have sent the prayer. When I know a person and can visualize them I don't have any problem sending them healing energy from my meditation through visualization, but I don't know how to visualize sending energy to someone that I haven't met, or don't know what they look like. I would be most happy if someone could point me to information on how to do this whether it is a book or a website or just a note with the method in it. Love, Peace, and Joy to all Stephen O.
