Guest guest
Hi Katherine, Nice dream! I wish I could remember my dreams as vividly as that. I was curious, what technique did you learn for OBE? I have tried many, but have never made it " out " , or " in " , depending on the perspective. I have had a few bouts with very strong vibrations, but that's it. Just curious. If you feel like it, I'd like to try the technique. Guest guest
Hi Ray, I had found it on the net, but basically all you do is you choose who you might want to visit or a place that you might want to visit and you begin mentally stating the name of that person or place repeatedly while visualizing in your minds eye that person or place. The trick is holding onto that visualization and continuing to state the name while your body begins to relax and as you slip into a sleep state, holding onto it as long as you are mentally aware, try to stay as focused as possible until you fall asleep. I had found it on a web site and thought I had saved it, but apparently I didn't. I will try to find it for you. I was searching a little and found the following, this is NOT the site I had read, but maybe what I have given you will help some and this site until I can find the other... http://brain.web-us.com/oobe/oobe.htm Much Peace and Love, Katherine raazor1 <raazor1 wrote: Hi Katherine, Nice dream! Guest guest
Thank you Katherine, I find that when I lay down for sleep, I close my eyes, and out of habit, they go up and in to try to see the third eye, and I think I should be doing something toward my goals while I'm relaxing for sleep, but don't have a good method that keeps me awake, yet lets my body go to sleep - usually I just drift off . . . . I'll give this a go. Thanks ton, Ray , Katherine Miller <katsam19 wrote: > > Hi Ray, > > I had found it on the net, but basically all you do is you choose who you might want to visit or a place that you might want to visit and you begin mentally stating the name of that person or place repeatedly while visualizing in your minds eye that person or place.
