Guest guest
Yes Gunnar, It is easy to lose an identification with the outer world. This is quite common. Sometimes it is like having a dream one does not remember waking up from. This will sometimes generate a fear response which will then be amplified. You might begin to try and see beauty in the smallest of things, force yourself. A rock or an ice crystal or a flower, the love in the eyes of your daughter. Allow these new feelings to ground you and if you can try and walk barefoot on bare ground and allow the energy to bleed through your feet into the earth. Sit base of spine to bare earth and allow the balance to be restored that way. Do not concern yourself with knowing the exactly how this is done just allow it to occur however it occurs. Please watch the movie " The Secret " do a search on the site. Follow those instructions and open to allowing change in your life even though you now feel disconnection, if you open even a little then some hope can seep in. Nourish this hope by changing your inner dialog to something of a positive nature this will be amplified by the Kundalini and expanded into your life. But you must try. And Try and Try again. You must make the effort to help yourself - first - in order to receive help from other areas. - blessings -Gunnar - chrism
Guest guest
Dear Gunnar, It seems to me that you are giving up on yourself, but not to the point of not hoping to receive some help--hence your posts. We all feel your pain and would love to be able to do something to pull you out of your slump. However, something that even the most compassionate healers have to deal with is the fact that nobody can really receive any help if they are not ready to do so. The healing has to come from within in the first place, possibly in the form of openness, hope, and the decision to forgive oneself and others and move on. Please take a good look inside yourself, and find the spark of light that is inside you. (It IS in there, trust me!) Start cultivating it, and you'll be amazed by what happens. That is the first, and most important step in your healing.
