Guest guest
Hi guys I have finally dropped Zyprexa (it has taken me 4 months) and the good news is I am still sleeping well and for now no acting out or strange behaviour (at least no more than usual I think the key to getting rid of Zyprexa has been : Doing it very slowly (much more than my psychiatrist recommended) and staying away from meditation or any readings that (in my case) could trigger an activation. Among other things, I am trying to prove that I am not mentally sick, so an activation right now probably wouldn't help (or maybe it would, if I could gently acommodate it in my daily life, but the problem is I am still not 100% sure I can do that) The final step (to be completely free from drugs) is to withdraw Lithium (the mood stabilizer) I hope to start withdrawing in about 6 weeks. What will come next ? Who knows ? Right now I prefer to only look at the step I'm taking at this moment, we will see what happens... Take care you all Big hugs to everyone Hector ______________________________\ ____ Bored stiff? Loosen up...
