Guest guest
Hey everyone, I feel like I've missed a lot again. My internet connection has to be the most frustrating one I've ever had. Wireless, psshhhh.... I asked before about relatively spontaneous boughts of racing heartbeat brought on by the energy infusing into the heart. But I was wondering if I could bring this train of logic into these kinds of heart palpitations I've been having for weeks. My heart beat is completely normal most of the time, then I will feel my adrenal glands subtly activate, then my heart will seem like it skips a beat then the next time it beats it has a THUD sound and feeling. I can feel some of the energy swimming in there when it happens, but I can't be sure all of the time what the heck is going on. Any insights??? Would be much appreciated. I don't really think there is something wrong with my heart, and I've talked to another woman who is K active and in her 70s who said that in the beginning she thought there was something wrong with her heart and there wasn't - I just have these annoying little doubts. Thanks a trillion and I hope you all are well. Kerry
Guest guest
Hello Kerry, Your friend is right. As the adrenaline hits the blood and jumps the heart, the energy continues to infuse. The thud is the re-initiation of the normal beat but is hijacked once again by an adrenaline infusion or a part of the hearts own neural network also responding to the changes brought on by the Kundalini. No worries Kerry your heart and body are made for these changes to occur. What could go wrong would be to invoke large caffeine quantities or nicotine or other heart rhythm stimulants into the mix. This can cause a destabilization or a confusion for the body as it tries to adjust to the Kundalini and the adrenaline brought on by the Kundalini and the stimulants, mixing and matching and adjusting the heart rhythm in the process.. - blessings - chrism

Guest guest
The same thing happens to me.Sometimes my heart beats so hard I can hear the blood pumping through my ears and that's all that I hear sometimes as I drift off to sleep. Guest guest
Hi Nicole, as a temporary respite for slowing the heartbeat, I suggest listening to Adagio music, examples of which are listed below: Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings, Mozart's Clarinet Concerto, Bach's Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring, Albinoni's Adagio, Bruck's Violin Concerto, Elgar's Enigma Variations, Bach's Air on a G String, Gluck's Dance of the Blessed Spirits and Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. There are many more. The tempo of an Adagio averages 66 to 76 beats per minute approximating that of the normal human heartbeat (Largo lower still, eg. Largo from Opera Xerxes at 40 to 60 bpm). Apart from lowering the heartbeat, the relaxation effect can be profound (see http://www.symbiosis-music.com/research.html ) Lots of love - John. - ntaroiu Wednesday, February 14, 2007 12:31 PM Re: The Heart The same thing happens to me.Sometimes my heart beats so hard I can hear the blood pumping through my ears and that's all that I hear sometimes as I drift off to sleep. Guest guest
Yeah!! That's usually when I get them, too, when I am confronted, internally or externally, by some fear or something similar. Big sigh of relief. Same goes for me with hearing the heartbeat in my ears at night, I can also feel my heartbeat in different places in my body now, mostly in my right hand. Crazy stuff!! Thanks guys, Kerry , " deepdance1 " <deepdance1 wrote: > > i get those when i am releasing some issue or fear. it's like stepping out over an abyss. > blessings, > -steve f > > >
Guest guest
I have these too at times. Its a bit unnerving to me. But I take it as they come :-) Lisa ---- ntaroiu <lsirca wrote: > The same thing happens to me.Sometimes my heart beats so hard I can > hear the blood pumping through my ears and that's all that I hear > sometimes as I drift off to sleep. > > Love Nicole > > , " kiwibird_222 " > <sktimms wrote: > > > > Hey everyone, I feel like I've missed a lot again. Guest guest
This is funny - I just had a sonogram done on my heart yesterday. They did it as a part of a routine test, but if I was slightly concerned about it, it was because periodically I do have the exact sensation that Kerry described. Chrism, are you saying it actually has to do with Kundalini? Sometimes I also feel like I can cause this sensation myself - at will. Thank you for the clarification, Marina On 2/13/07, chrism <> wrote: > > Hello Kerry, > Your friend is right. As the adrenaline hits the blood and jumps the > heart, the energy continues to infuse. Guest guest
Yes Marina, the Kundalini infusing and reorganizing and changing amplitudes and expressions of the neural and energetic aspects of the heart as well as the mechanisms of the heart that are so great and fantastic but not yet recognized by science. -
