Guest guest
Hello Gunnar, I have been reading your posts for quite som time now. I am very sorry you are going thru such a low time. I'd like to offer something that works for me when I'm going thru an extended funk. It is proven that changing the expression on your face changes your mood. So, start in the morning by SMILING at yourself in the mirror. Tell yourself that it's oK, that everything is going to be alright. Then, put a smile on your face and start your day. Whenever you feel yourself frowning, raise the corners of your mouth into a slight grin and keep it that way for as long as you can remember to. Repeat asd often as you catch yourself frowning. You WILL start to feel better in the space of about a day. Reinforce this with positive spiritual affirmations such as this group offers, and you will be on the road to recovery. I will begin sending you positive prayers during my meditations. All the best, Grace, Peace and Love to you Gunnar. Ray
