Guest guest
All february I have been getting the dream angel card, and having amazing dreams. I think you were saying yesterday how funny it is that we all go through the same things at the same time. I have been going through all kinds of things in dream land. To begin lucid dreaming start repeating as you fall asleep " I will realise I am dreaming in my dreams tonight " over and over until you fall asleep. It only takes a while and then lucid dreams begin. Set yourself a trigger also, something like " when I see my own hands in my dream I will wake up in my dream " and then look at your hands in reality. Keep doing this whenever you remember during the day. Eventually you will dream and see your own hands , this will trigger your mind to awaken within the dream and away you go. good luck if you try, I had a lot of fun lucid dreaming but gave up as I had other things to focus on. I will try again though...... love Elektra x x x --- selena230 <selena230 wrote: > I have a hunch that there is a lot of forgiving and > letting go that is > taking place in my dreams. Guest guest
Thanks Elektra. I will definitely try lucid dreaming. Something else I came across is the idea that relationships create energetic cords between individuals. When a relationship ends abruptly, these cords are severed and require some healing. Paradoxically, " letting go " might in fact be a way of restoring a compassionate, forgiving energetic connection instead of trying to pretend that a relationship never existed in the first place. Also, it seems to me that connecting through dreams may bypass at least some of the egoic issues that would come in the way on the physical plane. Guest guest
Funny you should say that as I've been seeing my old girlfriend in my dream lately, she gave me a picture of an angel/fairy. I haven't spoken to her for a long time due to a falling out we had, it was very abrupt. I wasn't sure if the dreams meant I should contact her? Perhaps we were just sorting out old karma..... Thanks Sel, Elektra x x x > Something else I came across is the idea that > relationships create > energetic cords between individuals. Guest guest
Yes,perhaps you and your girlfriend were reconnecting at a different level, and letting go of the bad feelings... Guest guest
This is good, Sel. Dreams help you carry over the vibration into your physical reality.
