Guest guest
I was just wondering, because I was awaken last night or more like this morning with it being active. I got overly tired yesterday, after an all day birthday get-together for my grand daughter. I don't get together with a lot of people like that very often. I am more of a loner type person. Being around a lot people drains me, I guess, for afterwards I required a lot of sleep. Not to say I don't enjoy those types of get-togethers, but toward the end all I wanted to do was get home for I was feeling very weak. I got home and gave my little dog a short walk and feed him and my husband and then crashed for several hours. I was so tired, I could not even eat supper. Anyways, I don't know if K's becoming active was the result of me getting so tired, for during sleep is when it has, always for me, becomes active. I've never had it to become active while in meditation or doing the Tibetan rites, unless the night when I was doing the global peace exercise and almost passed out before it was completed was a form of it being activated. Both times I did that exercies I was put into a very deep sleep. It did result in my crown chakra being activated, which was the first time I had experienced any sensations with the crown chakra. I have been having a lot of the poppings inside my head when I meditate these past couple of weeks. Lovebeautytruth CC
Guest guest
Hello, Sleep is when we are most uncontrolled in regards to the ego and our realities are more closely aligned with " what is " as opposed to what we expect them to be. As the ego is surrendered to sleep the Kundalini can come forth without hindrance. Your Kundalini is kind if it is mostly infusing in an appreciable way during sleep. This can leave your conscious periods for the training of the ego to accept the changes coming during sleep. I still receive much during the sleep periods as well. I activate before I go to sleep. -
