Guest guest
Hello all ! It seems that K . wishes to dissolve all tensions, but there is also the emotions. How can you take this alone, or are some of you going to therapists? I have a terrible rage inside and I`m afraid of going mad. Regards, Gunnar
Guest guest
I had rage inside and I started screaming and crying at the same time.Yes it would make you feel that you are going crazy and you simply don't know why you feel so much rage.I went through some horrible things with my ex-husband and all I can tell you is that this rage is much deeper than that.Maybe we are burning up Karma and erasing everything bad that has happened to us.My next door neighbors started looking at me funny and it all started about the time K started.Maybe they heard too much crying and screaming.I went to see a therapist and she didn't and still does not what the heck I'm talking about. All I got from her were stares and eyes popped out of her everytime I would tell her what's going on.At first I did not want to talk about it but then I did. Now,I don't think I need to talk to her so much. You have to understand that this does not happen to everybody and that very few people know about it.I know you are a man but cry and scream if you have to.K will not leave you alone until you do it.The more you resist the worse it will be for you. Guest guest
Hi Nicole, If your therapist's blank stares bother you, you may want to ditch her and find one who is into transpersonal psychology instead. You certainly deserve a therapist who understands what you are talking about--otherwise, what's the point? Practitioners of Buddhist psychology might also have a better insight into energetic processes such as the K. At least with them there is a chance that, if you show them the relevant literature, they'll listen... Good luck, Sel , " ntaroiu " <lsirca wrote: > > I had rage inside and I started screaming and crying at the same > time.Yes it would make you feel that you are going crazy and you > simply don't know why you feel so much rage.I went through some > horrible things with my ex-husband and all I can tell you is that this > rage is much deeper than that.Maybe we are burning up Karma and > erasing everything bad that has happened to us.My next door neighbors > started looking at me funny and it all started about the time K > started.Maybe they heard too much crying and screaming.I went to see a > therapist and she didn't and still does not what the heck I'm talking > about. All I got from her were stares and eyes popped out of her > everytime I would tell her what's going on.At first I did not want to > talk about it but then I did. Now,I don't think I need to talk to her > so much. You have to understand that this does not happen to everybody > and that very few people know about it.I know you are a man but cry > and scream if you have to.K will not leave you alone until you do > it.The more you resist the worse it will be for you. > > Love,Nicole > Kundalini-Awakening-Systems- > 1 , " gunnar_tungland " <gunnar-t@> wrote: > > > > Hello all ! > > > > It seems that K . wishes to dissolve all tensions, but there is also > > the emotions. Guest guest
Thank you dhyana for your kind words. The rage I was talking about happened a few months ago and I was telling Gunnar what to do so that he can release the emotions he is holding.Has anyone else experienced rage maybe you can talk about it too.Argh, right now I am in pain because I went to have my teeth whitened not because of vanity, just because I had to do it.This was my first time and it hurts more now than right after I had it done.I hope tomorrow it will go away. love,Nicole , novalees <Novalees wrote: > > I just wanted to hug you, Nicole. Guest guest
I have release my emotions by screaming many times. LOL! I even taught my grandson to do that. I picked him up from school one day and from his face I could tell he had a very bad day. I ask him if he angry at someone and he didn't want to talk about it. So I told him whenever I get angry I just scream it out of me and told him I didn't have a good day either and felt like doing some screaming and asked him would he scream with me. At first he wouldn't, but I kept screaming and after a little while he joined in. By the time we got home, which was about a 15 minute drive, both of us were laughing and in good spirits. So yes I agree, screaming is good therapy for emotional releases. Nicole, I hope you teeth are feeling better soon. I will send some healing energy your way. I know how that feels, too. I don't think I will ever have that done to my teeth agian. Guest guest
Hi Gunnar, When I have the intense rage and anger I go to a park or outside in the garden and stomp it all out into the ground - jogging or long hard strides helped...I direct all my thoughts and energy down into the earth. I do it until it's all gone...sometimes to the level of exhaustion - it really does feel good afterwards...
