Guest guest
Thanks Troy, but can you explain more please how it is done? I don't know what do you mean by grasping the middle finger with other fingers? as for my experience with my emotions, I didn't activate my K because of lower chakra blockages, so i am working my way with Hatha Yoga, anger and rage attacks me continuously, it comes and goes as a loop, nothing helped me like what Chrism asked me for, reversing the process, I send love and healing to those who hurt me, I know it is the hardest thing to do, and I fail almost every time, but at least I try, and that helps me understand that It is my choice to be a victim or not and I choose to be the strongest and noblest, and it fills me with self-esteem and physical relaxation. something I learned is using vivid visualizing, visualizing the people that caused the negativity and me as dead, or in the process of dying helps, everything goes, also it helps to visualize them *vividly* very small and stupid , and needing help, and maybe cute , after all they most certainly are little , also it helps to visualize specific negative situations as dull hazy pictures in beautiful frames you create in detail and you hang on the wall or store in a box, or better visualize these situations combined vividly with circus music or silly comic happenings during them. use all your senses in visualizing. I learned that from NLP and it helps me to be able to take things easily and even reverse them to my benefit, NLP might not be our focal point in this group, but I just wanted to share my experience. what demons are trying to *condition* you to anger? and what *imprints* in your brain that make you suffer? Guest guest
Hi Omar, Hope you don't mind my saying, but it seems to me that visualizing negative people as dead or small and stupid carries the risk of compounding the negativity. Have you tried seeing them as human beings who are coming from a place of hurt and suffering, and whose mistakes are caused by fear and the attempt to protect their ego? Compassion is much more effective than revenge, and connecting to people through your heart center rather than the ego-driven third chakra can perform small miracles. Worth a try! Guest guest
Hi Selena and Amaargi, thanks guys for your replies and support. Omar: Selena, that is exactly what I meant, I didn't mean to visualize people in a resentful way but in a way that provokes feelings of compassion, (stupid AND cute) you see? , god, I think I need English writing lessons ....again , sorry. Omar: My point was, that every thing goes, and everything moves on and evolves, that change is the only constant, I think I should meditate on that fact, rather than visualizing the actual death of them and me, actually contemplating that fact makes life more pleasurable, thanks for making me notice this. Guest guest
With your hand/fingers, lightly grasp your middle finger of your other hand and breathe. Do it often. This balances energy associated with anger and increases our capacity for compassion and harmony. Brings harmony to liver and gall bladder function too. I do all my fingers daily.
