Guest guest
Hi wonderful people, I'm on an intense trip at the moment in thailand, Koh Pan Gang , a wonderful sunny island in the south. From the minute I arrived a lot started going on with healings and dreams, meditations, etc. I've been a bit lazy with my yoga, only completing it fully on some days due to the amount of socializing I've been doing, but making sure I do the spins , walking barefoot , prayer and forgiveness. When I arrived my sun glasses broke and I thought perhaps I was meant to get more sun in my eyes. The day after we got word that "the sun Yogi" had arrived in our bay. A man that lives on sunlight, he doesnt eat or drink or sleep. He was here to teach anyone who wanted to learn his secrets. His lessons began this morning at first sunrise after the full lunar eclipse we had . We watched the eclipse and then did his class. You have to teach yourself to be able to look at the sun, using ajna chakra and the brow of points. We have more class later and tomorrow also. I'm very excited about being able to do a sun fast!!! 21 days, only sun for breakfast, lunch and tea. Can I do it? Who knows, but I'll certainly try and learn and if anyones interested I can post the how to do it instructions. I'm here for another week, in paradise. Big hug to all of you suns, much love Elektra x x x Inbox full of unwanted email? Get leading protection and 1GB storage with All New Mail. Guest guest
Hi guys, I've just finished the course in Sun Yoga, very interesting. Sun Yogi Uma Sankar was our teacher. I have never met a real life yogi and felt very blessed. He had an energy of a child but of an adult at the same time, he amused himself in simple ways and had a very fresh , invigorating energy. He loved a hug and he loved animals. The group was a wonderful group of sunny souls and the enviroment was perfect, paradise. We got up early to watch the sun rise and Yogi showed us how to gaze at the sun, looking to the brow of points and using the third eye to look also. You must clear yourself of expectations and then you will be able to make a friendship with the sun. I will repost with the full instructions when I have more time as this internet is very expensive and I'm running out of credit. I feel amazing from the yoga and anyone can do it. Yogi Uma experienced kundalini activation prior to samadhi through this technique. He went into Samadhi on the beach and invited us to try and break his determination and concerntration, we could not disturb him, we tickled him, pushed him, poked him, sang, giggled, took pictures, picked him up and swang him a little. Nothing, he remained. His pulse stopped for a while. His energy affected us all very much. He was not a guru but pushed the point home of self guru. All as teachers, all as pupils. Bless him, and bless all the teachers and pupils, sisters and brothers, mothers and fathers. Love you all, Elektra x x x New Mail is the ultimate force in competitive emailing. Guest guest
I certainly am not planning to stop eating anytime soon, and you don't " have " to stop eating to enjoy sun yoga. The yogi said he just began to notice that he wasn't thirsty or hungry after a while and so thought he would see how long he could go without feeling hungry. He realised that he was gaining all 5 elements through the sun and so didn't need food anymore. There is another sunyogi who lives on only coconut juice. I could manage living on fruit and coconut juice for a while and have done in the past. But, while shakti is hungry she will get my full support. After full activation I may feel more inclined to take it all the way and I'm sure you would get much more out of meditation then also. A way to enlightment surely. much love and sunny hugs, Elektra x x x Leshya <pleiades69 wrote: I wish my Kundalini wasn't hungry. Guest guest
It is amazing what people experience so differently! Did the yogi say how he began doing sun yoga. I have never heard of it. Sounds interesting. I am like you, I might be able to do fruits, although I don't think I could do coconut juice (don't like coconut). I do what my body tells me it wants me to do, which at this time it wants to eat! Smiles! Anyway, sounds like you learned a lot Elektra. You have certainly been on many journeys and have more journeys ahead of you! Enjoy them and learn as much as you can!
