Guest guest
Right now I am in someplace in Southern Colorado. Have gone from San Francisco to grand canyon in one stage down to Sedona, then over to Gallup New Mexico in the second stage. Will stay here in the Mesa Verde for a day then back to Santa Rosa. I have read most of your e- mails but will respond to them when I am back unless it is an emergency. Marie, if you could describe to me the level of discomfort of the " burning of the skin " and please if it is severe do not continue your practice at the moment. Keep doing the safeties but not the Tibetans. Plug the right nostril and breath through the left. Often these " burnings " will not respond to typical burn care. - blessings - and look for nward to reading and responding when I am back - chrism
Guest guest
Sounds like you are having a terrific time! I want to go to Sedona one day! Did you feel energy there? I hear the energy there is very noticeable! What a cook trip you are taking, I wish I could join you! Have fun, stay out of trouble (SMILES), and have a safe and adventurous trip!
