Hey everyone,

 

Successfully quit smoking on the 22nd of Feb! Some realities really hit home

hard and I was

resolute. The non-smoking, to my surprise, has not been difficult in the

slightest, even after

six years. Of course I think of it time to time, but only in the context of " Oh,

I would have had

a smoke right about now. " No real cravings to speak of and certainly no desire

to smoke. I

believe completely in my own will now, for I have the best proof. Had some tests

done and

am healthy - completely ready to be what the K needs me to be now.

 

She has come back to me tonight and I have welcomed her.
