Now, that's pretty exotic to me! I had only one voluntary OBE a few months ago, and was on cloud nine for quite a while after that. Had to give up trying because it's too time consuming. Guest guest Posted March 7, 2007 Report Share Posted March 7, 2007 I used to have OBE's fairly regularily years ago, but they are rare now. As you say, it's all a matter of time and focus. I was hoping that they would increase, hand in hand with the Kundalini, but I guess nothing worthwhile happens without some effort. At least in finding this group, I feel like I'm getting back into the right mode, and that is good. Blessings to all..
