Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I hope today finds each of you happy, joyful, honest, and full of friendship and life, and you have many Blessings given to you today! This has been on my mind for the last couple of days so I thought I would share it with all of you to get some feedback on what you think. The other night I watched " The Storm of the Century " written by Steven King. It is a really GREAT movie if you like Steven Kings work like I do, I often wonder if he may have " GIFTS " himself. His work scares a lot of people, but to me his imagination is fascinating. Anyway, after watching the movie, I was going through my house putting away some things, turning off lights, locking doors, etc, etc. As I was doing this, I noticed it felt like someone or something was following me closely, but not just following me but attached to me by an invisible cord of some sort at the center of my body. Although my discernment of it was a bit uneasy I wasn't scared by it, it was just a very eerie feeling I had. I asked it if I could help them, but of course, nothing happened except the feeling someone was there stayed until I went to bed. Anyway, was my own imagination running wild? Love, Katherine
Guest guest
Lol,I have the same feeling sometimes and my cat agrees with me.Actually last night I've had a strange occurence.I was at my desk and my children were sleeping when I hear a voice coming from my son's room and knowing that he was sleeping I just went there and did not see anything but felt something and I just prayed to god to keep my kids safe and to alow only being of light in my apartment. My son thinks that there is someone in our apartment and I agree with him but I can't acknowledge it upfront because scared kids are no fun.Maybe bad beings are attracted to us too.Every night before I go to bed I pray that only beings of light be allowed in my apartment and to keep my kids safe.On 2 occasions I felt like there's someone evil in my apartment.Other times I feel someone good but I still feel tingles up my spine. My cat was looking up in the room as if there was something there and I could feel it too but I felt they were good. Guest guest
Hi Katherine, It's probably a good idea not to watch horror movies. The fear they generate is a " to whom it may concern " kind of invitation. Guest guest
I know what you mean about saying things or acknowledging such things around children. Mine do hear me talk about it sometimes though, but it doesn't seem to bother them much. As for my animals, I have one kitty who will stare up at the ceiling as if she is watching something, but yet if you check out the area in which she stares that isn't as much as even a small tiny bug visible. We often joke about her seeing a spirit! I sometimes believe it is true that that is what it is, but I don't say it. I don't see the thing as being a threat or even evil or bad, what was eerie about it is that it felt attached to me! Have always been able to feel the presents of spirits, but never in the sense that it was literally attached to me in some sort of manner. That is what was eerie. Anyway, thanks for sharing your own experience with us all. I know I have enjoyed reading it! Guest guest
You know I have heard this all my K life but still am interested, not so much in horror, but in the abnormal (according to our society) workings of the human mind, which Stephen King does deeply delve into. (One of my favorite writers) My field of work is with disfunctional people and kids and has expanded to the developmentally disabled who often have a psychiatric diagnosis as well. I do find people drawn to me who are not " normal " mentally, even in Europe where we cannot speak in language and have had strange experiences in the past which seem to be with the disembodied. But, again, I somehow learned a set of skills that allow me to be with them and not be affected by them. And my desire and intention is to help and understand. So I really do not know what to think of all this as I have always heard it was not good to give any sort of energy to seeing or reading about such things. But I am led to do it anyway. I once was told I had terrible experiences from a past life with family members being in camps in Germany and that I was trying to make sense of all that this life. Who knows but there it is in my life and the curiosity and interest I have in it does not seem not to negatively impact me and I hope I do some good in helping stabilize the people I work with. And I am also interested in the energy of the psycho tropic drugs often used to stabilize some symptoms. I have this idea one could just hold the drug, feel the energy, read the person and give the energy of the drug to the person without the need for them to ingest it. And the same thing could be done with other drugs for physical symptoms. Obviously I have not tried to do this with others, being responsible, but have tried it with myself with quite interesting results. Guest guest
Sherrie, Steven King is one of my favorite writers, as I said earlier I love reading his books and watching his movies. One of my all time favorite movies written by both Steven King and Steven Spielberg is " Rose Red " . Most of his movies I don't find scary, but sometimes a bit intense. The only one that I seem to feel a bit feared by is the " It " , but I believe most of that comes from anticipation of the next event and so I don't watch that one or read it. I read it and saw it once on television and that was it. Anyway, I too am interested in the connection of horror movies/books and K. I do know that in the safeties it is recommended not to watch or read things that might scare you, but in this incidence the feeling of eeriness came from the fact that this presents was attached to me through some means of an invisible cord like it could have been a part of me some how. It's presents didn't disturb me just its connection. For the last few months I have felt something lingering nearby, but it is not intimidating nor was this one. I have learned not to fear what is near me, I just talk to it and ask it what it wants, if I can help it in some way. I seem to attract those who have some sort of problem, so I have learned a technique to protect me while I am around them or talking with them so that I am not affected by them. Some of them do have " mental " issues so I do need to protect myself. Actually, once gave me his advise and it does work. When around the person or talking to the person imagine a rose and let the rose absorb the negativity and when that person has left or you have finished talking to that person talk the rose and blow it upward releasing the negativity. I understand that if one is feared about something, the K can intensify it. I guess the same thing happens when you watch horror movies, it scares you tremendously and so it is amplified by K, but can K cause you to feel a being present, can it manifest fear that doesn't exist or that is deeply embedded in your subconscious? Guest guest
I like Steven King and met him once when he filmed " The Stand " at a hospital where I worked. He's a gifted writer and talented director. His book " On Writing " is also full of gems. Fear works on kundalini because it turns on adrenals. The key is breathing and relaxing, trusting what the bodymind does. I love haunted houses (the playful kind) around halloween just to play with that aspect of K. I'll have to look at the Storm of the Century. Love always, not fear, Troy The other night I watched " The Storm of the Century " written > > by Steven King. The entity can also feed you fear or just consume energy. Guest guest
Meeting Steven King would be a totally awesome experience. What is he like in person? I love haunted houses too, but I haven't been to any since I started working with K. I understand that K can amplify fear so I will be totally cautious. Guest guest
If any of you here were at all inclined to use the practice of applied kinesiology (see/read attached file as intro) to winnow the 'wheat from the chaff' in your existence/daily life experience and mental appetites (you really are what you eat, or otherwise allow or are open to passing through the 'gateways of your consciousness') you'd have a weathervane/guide that would offer the opportunity to exercise discriminating wisdom, and eliminate many obstacles that otherwise will impede your spiritual journey towards omishome, or self-realization. Allowing that one has reached the point in one's evolution where the pursuit of 'Truth', and the desire to manifest/reflect 'Integrity' in all one's actions predominates all else, learning to evaluate/calibrate media/books, simply by holding their titles in your mind, and working another like-minded being, holds promise of avoiding a lot of 'heart burn' & 'acid indigestion' .
