Hello Dan,

Every second of every day there are opportunities for the

practice of the safeties. I know that sounds extreme but I say it to offer you

the comfort of realizing that forgiveness and compassion, gratefulness and love,

service and honesty, integrity and action all have consistency of fulfillment

inside the days of our lives. No matter the job. Even a prison guard or a sales

professional have the opportunities for the expression of these traits. Grace

comes in many forms. Calling grace to rise inside oneself can also take many

forms.

Kundalini is a very powerful step in the direction of in-light-in-ment, and

your experiences are your personal steps toward that end. I say this to suggest

you bring your practice with you to work- as best you can - no matter how small

the inclusion. This can reinforce your openness to receive more of the

Shaktipat.

The scatterfield must stay in its current form. It is a protection, a

firewall. If it is only a taste of the Kundalini that comes then this is good

as it can give you room for more and time for more preparation. Remember this is

most dependent upon you. I have no desire for anyone to go ballistic or

experience a severe emotional spasm again, or get burned again. I would rather a

person not receive anything than to receive that. It scares the hell out of

everyone. The safeties are meant to protect against those and other phenomena.

They allow for more bliss than bang. Though sometimes both of those qualities

can occur.

No rush Dan. When you are ready the way will open for you. it did for me. -

Chrism,

Thank you so much for this post because some days I feel like I don't get to

practice as much as I should so this was a relief to read. Thanks for your

encouragement and words.

Love,

Katherine
