Dont expect to be able to keep this up at the beginning for long, as these muscles need to be formed by practice. Looking up to the forehead and then slightly in to the bridge of the nose. Eyes are typically closed when one is doing this. One is most often in the seated position. Fingers can be locked seated or standing ie you can observe some yoga positions where the fingers are locked. This is fine and can also help during fearful situations.
