Guest guest
I am excited about the journey so far, and I have begun practicing the Safties though I have not done the Tibetans yet. I will though, as I am committed to seeing them and my awakening through. I did a lot of listening today, and though I already knew Kundalini was much more than an energy source, I realized that Kundalini actually speaks to us (at least to me) as our guides do. I feel like it is becoming that much more real for me, and for that I am honored. Today as I sat at my desk waiting for calls to come in (I work in a call center) I would meditate and listen, perform the safties to the degree one could, and listening for guidance. I have always felt like I had a long way to go, and yet today as I started working on forgiveness it seemed so easy to do compared to even just a few months ago! I was also shown the progress I have made in this and other areas, of course I have also been shown where I need improvement. I came home today and slept like I have not in a while, and it feels like my body is purging itself, but in a much stronger way than I have ever felt before, and while I probably should not be feeling so good physically I feel stronger and more able than I have in a long time. I have begun to read many of the articles on this site and came across a chakra breathing excersize that I have found beneficial. I am so grateful for having found this list and for having found each one of you here. If I seem overly excited please forgive me, but these things are such a blessing. Today I got what I believe is a taste for what Kundalini will feel like as it goes through my system. As I was doing the breathing exercises I felt my Kundalini centers start to burn a bit, and it felt like my root chakra was on fire sometimes, reminding me of a flourescent light when it first comes on, where you see the ends glow first, then the light itself comes on as the gases inside it are excited. It has been a great day.
Guest guest
I am so excited for you and am happy to hear that you had a GREAT day, that is marvelous! I hope you continue to progress and I have no doubt that you won't. I can only sense from your message your desire to surrender and take it slow going with the flow of things, that is great! I know what you mean about progress and knowing and feeling that you are. It feels so wonderful to forgive and let go of the hurtfulness one goes through, and at times you don't even realize how much a certain thing is hurting you subconsciously. Anyway, I am so glad that you had a wonderful day and tomorrow will be even better. Bless you!
