Guest guest
Hello dear grp members The forgiving process had brought a gr8 change in me both physically and mentally. The pain in near hips N right thigh had subsided greatly. I think this change is clearance of blockage in that region. Now I am comfortably doing some hatha yoga N Tibetans (except spinning). God bless u all – shiva k The fish are biting. Get more visitors on your site using Search Marketing.

Guest guest
Shiva, it is wonderful to read about your progress. It is especially wonderful to hear about your pain subsiding! I hope it will continue. I know it most likely will with your doing Hatha and the Tibetans. Continue on you path with dedication. I am excited for you. Many Blessings. Guest guest
I am glad for your success. Since I started to forgive and noticed pains going away it led me to believe that memories are not stored in the brain, but through out the body. When anger or guilt is stored in the body and we don't want to face it we block the memory which causes a block in our energy body. I am not 100% sure but that is what I think. Keep up the good work. Guest guest
The Study of ''Energetic''5 Elements covers exactly what you speak of. Emotions are not deposited at random through out the various bodies especially the physical. There is a definate order and flow to this. These can be removed in a ''flash'',and you will feel different right away. But if the psychology and various resentments are still there,or old records a person will re-build the problems all over again. In other words if we really need it again we will re-manifest. The question then becomes. Why did a person re-create something and what does it serve in us ......... ...............to keep it. Hmmm. I believe memories are stored in the brain as well as the body. Hence MDR and other techniques do work for a certain time. Alphu-s. : stephen_1952: Fri, 16 Mar 2007 23:31:21 +0000Subject: Re: forgiving process I am glad for your success. Guest guest
Yes, forgiveness is needed to be complete. Yes, the mind can let the " old thoughts " come back. For me...If they come back, I just " step back and examine them " . Smile at them....tell them they aren't needed any longer... Works for me. After awhile the mind gives up on that intrusion. It better think of a different approach (negative thought) to " spoil my day " ! And I'll treat the " new intrusion " the same way. The recurring thoughts visit less often, or are engulfed by the pure Love that resides in my inner body. >POOF!< LOve and Blessing to All!
