Update...

It has been some time since my last post. Right now I am attending

Sancta Sophia Seminary and school of wisdom in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

The past two weeks here have been very healing and rejuvenating for

me. (Perfect timing as usual!) I've been introduced to a variety of

topics; Esoteric Christianity, Kabalah, evolutions, numerology,

astrology, path of initiation, Agni Yoga...and more! It's been

amazing and I've found much comfort in the fact that the dean herself

has said to take whatever feels right and leave the rest. The school

offers a spiritual buffet, and the students choose what they want to

eat I've had a lot of information presented to me but also free

time to let the creative energy out. I've been writing, drawing, and

singing and playing my guitar. It's been wonderful. The energy up

here can get intense sometimes, as there are five intersecting lay

lines in the chapel. I've been as careful as I know how not to

overstimulate and have had plenty of opportunities to practice

different grounding methods. I have had periods of time when I've

needed to breathe deeper to feel like I'm taking in enough air, as

well as feeling faint. I've also been experiencing more waves of hot

and cold and tingling all over my body. Luckily there are

knowledgeable people here who recognize when I'm really open, maybe

too open, and are able to assist me however they can.

I'm having a wonderful time and am excited to put some of my new

understanding into daily practice when I return to Iowa the end of

next week. I'm moving out when I get home!! Yay! Anyways, just

wanted to say hello to all. My prayers are with you.

It is amazing how we do leaps forward and we don't even realize it

until someone else mention it to us.

I must say your post intrigued me Jessica and would love to hear more

about the teachings (if and when you have time)
