Good or Bad?

Hello Triad Sister and Wise Group Members!

I'm really feeling better with myself by using the following advice:

Some things-situations-even people can be " bad for you " .

So, I don't obsess on the " good or bad " label. If something is

hurting me (food, company I keep, whatever) I would be a fool to just

sit there and hurt myself.

I can either, walk away from the harmful person/thing—or try to

change the situation. I will not allow the " bad thoughts " about the

situation to harm me. I go deep inside to the inner spirit. The inner

spirit is the part that is joined with God, the True Self.

If a food will kill me or make me sick, I would be a fool to eat it

and say " All is Good " .

The wise ones for the past thousands of years did not mean for us to

pretend all is good. They are trying to help us escape the

negative " mind chatter " that attacks us, and go deep inside to " that

which is always Good " .

I hope this makes sense. It is not meant to be an argument, just a

key I have discovered after looking for it all of my life.

I'm ALWAYS misplacing things! (Not really, but it's a cute joke!).

Love and Light to all!

:) :) :)
