Guest guest
All this past week I've been waking up with this dull headache on top of my head but today was different.I still woke up the same way and it almost went away by noon but then I had to go pick up my son from a sleep-over and as soon as I went out I started getting this terrible headache between my eyes.It was so horrible I kept squishing my face in pain and then I stopped by a store to purchase something for a headache. It went away after I took the pill and walked 6 blocks.I picked up my son ,walked back ,had lunch and about 4:30pm I decided I had to take a nap so I tried but it felt really strange.I felt and actually saw the black sky and stars in space and I heard this buzzing sound and felt like I was flying.I'm pretty sure I wasn't sleeping and when my daughter came into the room after about an hour to wake me up I heard her calling me and felt this whoosh in my body and felt like I was spinning and dizzy.Did I just had an Obe or something else ? Guest guest
Yes Nicole, OBEs are sometimes part of this process. So is the pain, though it shouldnt be for a very long duration. Now that you know what the OBE feels like you can encourage another one. I have had some very good ones about the same time of day you had yours. - blessings Nicole - chrism
Guest guest
I seem to be in pain a lot.I don't think I liked the dizziness too much.It looks like my hearing is amplified. The tinniest noise sounds so loud to me know it drives me crazy. Thanks crism for answering my question. Guest guest
Be patient with this Nicole your system is being rewired and in that process some discomfort may occur. I wish I could make it easier for you and to some degree I can but this process is yours and I am loath to interject anything into it. You are in reality and amidst the phenomena doing very well. It isn't always easy so realize that this is normal and do your best to be grateful. - It can be difficult at times -
Guest guest
I know what you mean about your hearing seeming amplified. Mine has been like that since Friday. My kids had the game system on and a tv and it seemed like I was stuck in the corner where the speakers were right at my ears...I just wanted to scream SHUT IT OFF, but I didn't. I just had to leave the room for a while and that is how it was for most of the weekend. Today my hearing seems to be more normal with a few bouts of amplified hearing. I see that you are feeling better today! Love, Peace, and comfort be with you! Guest guest
Hi Nicole, Your dizzyness, headaches and sound amplification could possibly mean you're not back into your physical body fully after your OBE, which sometimes happens. Do some sort of grounding meditation or visualisation....get your feet into the earth, hold some earthing crystals etc. Also, sometimes headaches can be a sign of dehydration so make sure your water intake is increased as chrism recommends. Vegetable juices would help with the grounding as well - more 'earthy' than fruit juices. Hope this helps.
