Hello all,

Finishing day two of a mini fast. No food yesterday, only roots today

and tomorrow. Was hard the first day at a friend's potluck party...

Let's see, there was fried chicken, roast ham, grapes, cheesecake,

icecream cheesecake! Not to mention what was to drink and other goodies

too... But I made it. Amazing how good go-goo-ma (sweet potato in

Korean) tastes after a day of not eating. I've had some ginseng too and

will have some more tomorrow. It's pretty available in Korea.

Chrism, is day one of the Shaktipat on Tuesday the 20th or Wed the

21st...? If at all possible can you please post any specific

instructions a day earlier? Because of being half a day ahead here in

Asia. I really appreciate it. Your service to us is a wonderful thing.

I've had some nice energy feelings lately. Crown chakra a bit, and

around the left side of my head. Sometimes feeling subtle energy going

up my back. I've been consistent with the Tibettans every morning,

chakra breathing and compression breathing prayer at night. I think I

am bringing in more inner joy! Would like to make more effort for some

more compression prayer through out the day too...

Peace be with you all,

Bradly

PS: Nice to see you here too Sarita. I bet you will starting have more

and more Kundalini dreams soon! (If all those dreams about houses

weren't somehow related to it already!)
