Tiny muscles Firing on legs...

I'm very curious about this:

A few years ago I had something interesting going on on my legs. The

muscles on them would seem to 'pulse' with tiny muscle contractions.

It's like random little firings of synapses or something... Anyway,

it started up again today. They've happened continuously the last few

years, especially when I was more involved with a spiritual practice.

And even just stretching and excercise, (usually I notice

afterwards). It started up again these days. (I can just sit and

watch my leg sometimes... it's cool lol.

Is it the K energy starting up my legs? Or something else? The one

time it was going on about 2 yrs ago, I also had my heart chakra

going crazy. ... Felt like it was beating so fast! But it was just

the chakra I realize now.

Any thoughts appreciated!

Thanks for the directions again Chrism.

Cheers,

It is the beginnings. Remember a Kundalini event can take many years to initiate

and many years to acclimate. You have been getting ready for yours unconsciously

for many years and perhaps your whole life. Keep doing the stretches and breathe

into those stretches at the apex of the stretch. Hold the apex as long as you

can and breathe deep and slow.

Do the safeties and the patterns as have been posted and allow for your

infusion to continue. - blessings Bradley - chrism
