Guest guest
Hey all, Still a non-smoker and going strong. I have not felt so clear in a long time. Today I woke up feeling as I usually do - a bit groggy from intense dreams but fine. I added some fresh garlic to my bagel this morning because I just got over a UTI (ladies, you most likely know what I'm saying...) and I want to do what I can to get rid of any bacteria. I took my multivitamin, took my hawthorn tincture, and afterwards I started to feel this flutter in my chest. It was making me feel a bit ethereal but I had to go to class so I left. On the metro all was fine and then WHOOSH!! The most intense rush of energy I've had in at least a month. Bordering on as intense as the first few I had. I thought that stage of my K journey was over, but obviously not. What gives? Can the energy be brought on by different food combinations or is it an entity unto itself, bursting forth whenever it needs to? It actually made me feel a good deal nauceous, and I had to get off the subway 5 stops before my usual one. Any insights would be very very helpful! Much love, Kerry
Guest guest
I noticed I get the same flutter and the same rush of energy starts and it usually happens in the evening or before bliss or some significant event I think.I don't think a particular kind of food brings it on but maybe I should pay more attention. Guest guest
Hello Kerry, I will agree with your question - " is it an entity unto itself, bursting forth whenever it needs to? " and say yes it is. The energetic emissive aspect of the Kundalini can never truly be considered " over " until other aspects have been claimed. - blessings and congratulations! - chrism kiwibird_222 <sktimms wrote: Hey all, Still a non-smoker and going strong. Guest guest
Thanks and Nicole for getting back to me. And I say lol to the other aspects!! This is surely a wild ride. My entire life has changed - not just my immediate surroundings but my day to day involvements and thoughts as well. I'm still having trouble letting go - but I am one of those people that has always wanted to know everything about the subject before trusting it. It has been a rough go trying to just allow things to happen as they must, but it is becoming clear to me that this may be one of my great lessons to learn - to let go. I'm just so glad I quit smoking - probably the best decision I ever made. Guest guest
Kerry, it sounds like to me you are doing a fine job, just keep it up. I know what you mean about having to read and learn about something and finding it hard to just let go. In the beginning I did the same thing. I have been with this group for about 7 or 8 months and sometimes I find myself resisting because I want to know what is happening before I allow it which isn't the best thing to do. Anyway, you will progress just fine! I also want to congratulate you on not smoking, I know the road you traveled all to well. GREAT JOB! Blessings to you Kerry!
