Tiny muscles Firing on legs - Skin Rash???

Tortoise wins after all! Thanks so much.

 

I have another question. No end of them! I've also had sudden skin

rashes pop up out of no where. Sometimes they break out full fledge

and I get itchy red spots all over. Not often, thankfully enough. I

think it occurs when more energy is coming in? I was feeling a bit

itchy the last few days with the fast and thought it might break out,

but I've held it off. Is there a particular food or practice that I

can do when I feel the rash coming on? I feel it's something to do

with internal balance. Not sure if it's mental, diet or how to deal

with it exactly...

 

Any help appreciated as always!

You may get these in the rectal areas and in the areas that collect heat.

Genitals, underarms (not very common) and so please keep yourself showered and

clean as you can. Do this in a sacramental way if you can, the bathing that is,

and really take notice of how you bathe yourself. And who and what it is you are

bathing. Kundalini is the link to the Divine self. That is who you are bathing.
