Guest guest
You may begin your fast now if you can safely do so with out incurring a medical condition. If you get cranky or angry with the fasting dont do it. If you get low blood sugar issues dont do it. Stay hyydrated and stay prayerful to your Divinity. Practice the safeties as much as possible including the recapitulations and gratitudes and forgivnesses. Do the five Tibetans and meditate afterwards. At least once a day and no more than three sets per day. -
Guest guest
I have low blood sugar, vertigo and physical limitations left from my accident that keep me from fasting or the exercise program. Will this be a problem? Sarita , " chrism " <> wrote: > > You may begin your fast now if you can safely do so with out incurring > a medical condition. Guest guest
Sarita, Fasting is not for everyone. A few months ago I tried a partial fast for one day, and it took me two full days to recover after that (I am hypoglycemic). My take is that a healthy diet all year round is much better than a bout of self-deprivation once a year.
